What StayValid Does

StayValid is a free expiry tracking application that helps you stay on top of every important date in your life. You add your expiry dates — either manually, from a template, by typing a natural sentence, or by scanning a document with Smart Add — and we handle the rest.

• Smart reminders — we send you email, push, and SMS reminders at the right time based on how critical each item is.
• Peace Score — a 0–100 rating that tells you at a glance how well-covered you are.
• Categories and templates — organize expiries by type (Documents, Insurance, License, Subscription, Warranty) and get started fast with pre-built templates.
• Sharing — share an expiry with a family member, partner, or colleague so everyone stays informed.
• Renewal tracking — mark an item as "renewing" and get follow-up reminders until the new document arrives.

Who We Are

StayValid was built by a small, independent team that got tired of missing renewal deadlines. After one too many close calls with expired passports and lapsed insurance policies, we decided to build the tool we wished existed — something simple, reliable, and focused entirely on making sure nothing important slips through the cracks.
